Terms and Condition

I.                   In the K.B.Production no one can take any initialize action or any final decision without the consultation of the proprietor.

II.                 Anyone who join in this production as a actor/actress for acting purpose, he/she must be punctual in time.

III.                If any actor/actress join in this production for acting purpose he/she must not be engaged anywhere except this production. If any necessary condition arise then he/she must be prayed for prior permission before the production house.

IV.             Nobody can use the logo(registered mark) without the prior permission of the production house, then he/she must be penalized according to law.

V.                If any member of this production act against and or violate the rules and regulation of the production house then he/she will be penalized according to law.

VI.             No one can show obscenity in the video picture.

VII.           No one can use filthy and completely abusibe language for making any video film.

VIII.        This production house involved in the children activity for making child programme.

IX.              If any music director, lyricist or script writer or director join this production house, he/she must obey the rules and regulation of the production house and also do their work with the consultation of the proprietor.

X.                If any dispute arise, it must be settled amicably.
